Reyman Zamora, EcE
President
Engr. Zamora is a technopreneur with a long experience in working on various electronics and solar energy projects abroad and in the Philippines. He is also dedicated in mentoring and transferring technical know-how and skills to out-of-school youth and other members of the informal sector.
Rafael Gaid Jr., EcE
Chief Operating Officer
Engr. Gaid is an Electronics and Communications Engineer. He is REALSYS’s expert in automation, electronics and software programming solutions. He is also part-owner of a design and consultancy company that offers smart solutions to various business processes.
Renyl Barroca, PhD
Vice President for Engineering
Dr. Barroca is a Mechanical Engineer by profession and holds a degree in Doctor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. His research and design interests are on power generation utilizing renewable energy sources and application to industrial and commercial settings. He currently serves as the Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering and Architecture of a renowned University.
Jimmy Delgado
Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Delgado is a Certified Public Accountant by profession. He is an expert in financial management, taxation and internal control. He is currently the Treasurer of renowned university and serves as financial advisor for the board.
Randell Espina, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Espina holds two professional licenses as an Electrical Engineer and, as a Professional Electronics and Communications Engineer. He has conducted numerous studies and researches on renewable energy with specialization in Solar Energy Systems development. He is currently the Dean of the School of Engineering and Architecture of a renowned University.
Jess Delgado, PhD
Vice President for Marketing
Dr. Delgado is an entrepreneur and manages his own ventures in agri-business, construction and retail services. He is also a practicing business consultant and researcher. He is actively involved in the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and is the president of ENEDA Mindanao Chapter.
